Sarah Fraser has the story about a sign inside an Annapolis cafe that went viral.
ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Many people are hoping to receive gadgets under the Christmas tree, but imagine going back to a time before cellphones and laptops.
A sign inside the Corner Café in Annapolis reads, “We do not have Wifi… Talk to each other. Pretend it’s 1995.”
With a simple wardrobe change, that is exactly what our friend Sarah Fraser did. She found that the restaurant is hardly a cellphone-free zone, but she was able to strike up conversations with those she met.
By the way, workers at the restaurant tell us they do have Wi-Fi. All you have to do is ask for the password.
