Since the beginning of the year [2013], several European countries have been participating in the process of elaboration of a European citizens ' initiative (ICE). The objective of the initiative is to work within the European framework to obligate States to implement measures in line with resolution 1815 of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, adopted in May 2011: "The potential dangers of electromagnetic fields and their effect on the environment".
